Le 03/11/18 Réédition de l'album Out Of This World. C'est une version remasterisée, avec de nouvelles photos et commentaires, mais sans titre bonus malheureusement. It is now available an official reissue of "Out of this World" via Rock Candy Records and licensed by the record company. The 16-page booklet features interviews to Joey Tempest, Kee Marcello and the producer Ron Nevison. The album has been remastered. The following is the writing that appears on the back of the case: "THERE IS NO question that in 1986 Europe, almost out of nowhere, became undoubtedly the biggest hard rock band on the planet. Their all-conquering hit single ‘The Final Countdown’ shot the band not only to the top of the charts worldwide but also earned them a place in the hard rock pantheon as one of the few groups who managed to appeal to not only rock fans but also to the wider public. It was with this tremendous uplift and, by consequence, pressure, that the band set about recording their follow-up album, a record that cemented not only their position but also their reputation. But, it wasn’t a straightforward process, as immediately after the release of their breakthrough album lead guitarist John Norum quit the band, forcing them to recruit a replacement. The man chosen was fellow Swedish musician Kee Marcello, a hugely talented player who joined the band on their ‘Final Countdown’ world tour and took a leading role in crafting this follow-up album,‘Out Of This World’. It was a musical match made in heaven, helping the band to further focus their sound, injecting lashing of copious hard rock energy. Indeed, it sounded like the band had moved heaven and earth to secure their definitive stylistic foothold. Produced by seasoned veteran Ron Nevison (Led Zeppelin, The Who, UFO), recorded in Olympic Studios London, and released in August 1988, the album thoughtfully condensed their 70s rock influences with catchy and contemporary songs, penned almost exclusively by frontman Joey Tempest. Tracks such as ‘Superstitious’, ‘More Than Meets The Eye’, ‘Ready Or Not’ and the superlative ballad ‘Coast To Coast’ elevated the band to previously un-scaled heights, never once taking their eye off prize." | Le 08/10/18 Un mot du groupe KING KING qui a fait la première partie de la tournée Walk The Earth de EUROPE, qui remercie l’accueil des fans de EUROPE lors de leurs prestations....  Well, friends what can we say? We were over the moon and deeply honoured when we were asked to be special guests of Europe on their 2018 “Walk the earth” tour! From the very first show we have been welcomed by both Europe and their wonderful loyal fans and been made to feel like part of the family so for that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Every show had great twists and turns but I have to say that the last show in Madrid was completely off the scale! We were treated like a headline band by the crowd which was absolutely amazing, but at the end of our set, we were treated to what can only be described as a career high and an emotional rollercoaster when the legend that is JOEY TEMPEST walked on stage and started singing our last song! We knew nothing about it and if I’m honest... I was fighting back the tears! This is something we will remember for the rest of our lives and will be a story to tell our kids and grandchildren! We would also like to send out a very very special thank you to the Europe crew for their help, support and friendship throughout this tour as well as our own crew guys Mick and Harley for their tireless effort and work in making our life that little bit easier on the road! Hopefully, we’ve made a lot of new friends on this tour and we hope to see you on future tours be it the UK or Europe. Peace and love to everyone who was involved and we’ll see you soon! Crazy memories from those days! Last night we did a TV Show as part of the San Remo Festival 2018! A music show involving young singers! It felt good to support the kids! Even though we are a different band today (as most of you know) and so proud of what we have achieved since we started up again 2004 it's kind of fun to through one or two of these shows in the mix once in a while. C'était sa principale guitare sur sa 1ère tournée solo "Total Control" en 1987 et sur l'album "Face The Truth", ainsi que sur l'album "Up From The Ashes" de Don Dokken et sur la tournée. Mais ce n'est pas tout, puisqu'elle est apparue sur plusieurs clips de la fin des années 80.  My old Arvidson Strat has finally found its way home after 25 years! It was my main guitar on my first solo tour in '87 ("Total Control") and the "Face the Truth" album as well as the Don Dokken's "Up From the Ashes" album and tour. It has also featured on many videos in the late '80s so I'm very happy to have had it back after so long, thank you so much to Francesca and Mark (Mark Cameron Amplification) for making it possible for me to reunite with my old "friend"!
